For visitors using the free Setter Circle Experience and its enquiry form. Updated 16 October 2026.

In brief: The free AI conversation can be tried without submitting your name or email. If you enquire, The Setter Circle uses the details you voluntarily provide to respond to you. We do not sell your details.

Who handles the information?

The Setter Circle operates this preview and enquiry process. For questions about your enquiry or to request data deletion, contact @settercircleofficial. The operators should add their legal business name and full privacy contact information before promoting this form widely.

What information is collected?

If you use the enquiry form: the name, email, current goal, timestamp and whether you separately opted into marketing.
The free practice messages are kept temporarily in server memory to run the AI demo. They are not saved to your member training account and are removed at session end or expiry. Messages are sent to the AI provider for response generation.
Anonymous counts of page visits, demo starts/completions and contact actions are stored to understand the usefulness of the page. Limited technical network identifiers are processed temporarily to prevent abuse, but not stored in the prospect database.

How is the information used?

We use the enquiry details to answer your question, at your request. If you explicitly tick the separate optional marketing box, your preference is stored; no automatic marketing emails are currently sent by this page. We use aggregated activity counts to improve the experience. We process limited technical data to protect the service and its AI usage limits.

How long is it kept?

Enquiries are scheduled for automatic deletion after 180 days. Public AI preview sessions expire in approximately 15–20 minutes unless finished sooner. Aggregated page events may be retained longer and do not include your enquiry contact details.

Who can see it?

Enquiry contact information is accessible to authorised Setter Circle administrators. Hosting, database and AI infrastructure providers process information as needed to provide the service. The public demo is not an official skills assessment, and we don't disclose your individual practice transcript as a public testimonial.

Your choices and rights

You can use the free lesson and quiz without submitting an enquiry. Marketing opt-in is optional. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you supplied, or withdraw marketing consent, using the contact above. UK data protection rights are subject to applicable law.

This notice should be reviewed with the founders' verified business details and the final choice of providers before the lead form is marketed at scale.
