Practise handling prospects, qualifying leads, booking appointments, updating a CRM and reporting your results. All contacts and outcomes here are simulated.
Complete your first simulated setter shift
Follow each stage in order. You will learn the client offer, practise a conversation, qualify correctly, book with consent and submit a professional shift report.
Learn your offer before contacting anyone
What success looks like
Rules of the role
Do not invent prices, promises or testimonials. Do not push uninterested people. Record factual notes, protect personal information and only book when the prospect explicitly agrees.
Before you start your shift
Client brief
Your goal: ask relevant questions, establish genuine fit, and only book when qualified and interested.
Prospect 1 of 20
Focus on one realistic conversation at a time. Your previous prospects remain available through Previous.

CRM pipeline
Update each simulated lead as you progress. Don't mark a lead qualified without discovering their needs, suitability and interest.
Qualification is awarded only when the AI has heard sufficient evidence of a need, fit and interest. Update CRM stages honestly.
Book a qualified prospect
Only prospects marked Qualified can be booked. These are training-only appointment slots.
Closer handoff checklist
Record the prospect’s stated goals, current problem, relevant context, agreed time and outstanding questions. Do not fabricate details.

End-of-day report
Include one specific lesson from your AI coaching, an accurate KPI summary and your next improvement action.
First 30 Days on the Job
Week 1: study the offer, customer profile, qualification rules, approved scripts, CRM and booking process. Observe experienced setters and practise safely.
Week 2: handle supervised conversations, update records, follow up responsibly and review quality with your manager.
Week 3: build consistency, handle objections, review reply and booking rates, and refine handoffs.
Week 4: run an organised daily workflow, review performance and agree development targets.
Practical standard operating procedures
Opening a DM conversation
Reference the prospect's context, ask one relevant question, listen to the answer and avoid a premature pitch. Follow employer outreach rules and platform policies.
Qualifying a prospect
Understand their goals, present situation, needs, timeline and relevant eligibility. Never invent answers or claim a lead is qualified without evidence.
Using a CRM
Open the correct contact, check prior messages, add factual notes, set an accurate pipeline stage and schedule the next permitted action.
Booking and handing off
Confirm interest, suitability, agreed time and timezone. Check calendar availability, record relevant context and hand over to the closer securely.
End-of-day reporting
Report activity and outcomes separately: conversations, replies, qualified leads, booked calls, known attendance and blockers. Never inflate metrics.
Cold calling
Prepare your approved opening, identify yourself, establish relevance, ask permission to continue where appropriate, qualify and record the outcome. Respect opt-outs and applicable privacy rules.
When results are poor
Review lead quality, offer fit, opening messages, reply rates, qualification quality, follow-up timing and client feedback before changing tactics.
